RAINN’s victim service programs have helped more than 5 million survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones since 1994.

Created and operated in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country, this flagship hotline and victim service programs provide free, confidential, 24/7 support in English and en Español.

To ensure anonymity for survivors, RAINN created a first-of-its-kind proprietary hotline platform. With the rise of digital support tools, services were unified under the National Sexual Assault Hotline, providing help by phone, online chat, and text.
